Effective Immediately if you are using a shovel or any type of device to dig anywhere at any depth you MUST call 811 prior to beginning work! If you do not call 811 and hit any utilities or sewers you will assume full financial liability for any damages. 


Any permit listed on the FEE chart that has a (*) MUST also obtain additional permits from WOOD COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTION, located at One Courthouse Square, Bowling Green, OH 43402. Phone: (419) 354-9190.


Engineering fees, any fees or costs incurred by the Village of Walbridge for Village Engineer plan review, revision, meeting, consultations, inspection costs or any other service expense will be forwarded to the property owner for 100% reimbursement, whom shall be responsible for covering these costs. These fees shall not exceed $2,650 unless otherwise negotiated by the Village and the developer/owner of such property.

About

Planning and Zoning is a function of the Administrative team. The Village Administrator also acts as the Zoning Inspector and oversees all of the planning and zoning related matters that occur within the Village of Walbridge. This includes issuing Zoning Permits, enforcing zoning code, and providing additional assistance to the Planning Commission and Committee of Zoning Appeals.

  • Driveways, Sidewalks (Excavation/Installation/Repairs)
