Contractor Registration
The Village of Walbridge requires all contractors to be registered.
The REGISTRATION FORM, REGISTRATION FEE and COPY OF INSURANCE can be completed and sent:

Once approved, a CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION will be issued to your company, and emailed to the email provided on the CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION FORM - valid for one (1) year from time of registration.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION in the VILLAGE OF WALBRIDGE requires a $30.00 FEE.
Registrations need to be completed YEARLY. If re-registering and before the lapse date, the fee is $15.00 after the initial $30.00 fee has been collected.
