Village of Walbridge Rental Space

The Village Administration Building  has three spaces for rent. The lobby holds 40-50 people (maximum capacity is 54). The hall holds 120-140 people (maximum capacity is 146). The gym area holds 150-200 people (maximum capacity is 221). All spaces include tables and chairs that may be arranged to best suit your event. There is a small kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave available. There is no stove option. No alcohol is permitted.

The Pool  is available to rent in the summer (last day is August 31; please note we are closed August 18-22 and August 25-29).

You have two options:

During normal hours of 12:00-6:00:  We ask that you call ahead so we can schedule lifeguards appropriately. Tables are first come-first serve. Cost is the normal daily rate per swimmer. No discounts. Memberships are accepted as usual. No alcohol is permitted.

After hours PRIVATE party 6:00-8:00:  Cost is $200. No alcohol is permitted. 

Fees:

• Rental fee must be paid in full to secure your selected date.
• There is a 3.50% service fee for credit card payments. If you would prefer to pay with cash or check, you will need to come into the office during normal business hours.

Rules and Regulations

1. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in the building or on the property. Bringing alcohol to the building may result in criminal charges being filed.
2. Tables and chairs may be rearranged but must be returned to their original location after your event.
3. No glitter or confetti
4. Decorations are permitted and should be removed after your event.
5. All rubbish must be cleaned up and disposed of in the dumpster in the rear of the building.
6. No smoking
7. You must vacate the building by 10:00 pm.
8. You may not use any items to heat the shelter house.
9. Usage of the kitchen at 705 N Main Street is limited to a microwave and refrigerator. Personal warmers (crockpots, roasters) are permitted to be brought into the facility.
10. You and your guests are not allowed to access other areas of the facility (gym, offices, etc).
11. The Village of Walbridge is not responsible for any injuries or damage that may occur to you or your guests, including property and vehicles, during the rental period.
