ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Zoning Board of Appeals shall have the power to hear and decide appeals concerning an alleged error on an interpretation, order, requirement, decision, or determination of the Zoning team in the administration and enforcement of this Zoning Code.

PLANNING COMMISSION

The Village of Walbridge Planning Commission is a citizen board that reviews and approves site plans, subdivisions / plats and conditional use permits. The Planning Commission also reviews and makes recommendations on planning matters and modifications to the Zoning Code.
