Village of Walbridge Lobby & Shelter House Rental

The Village Administration Building lobby can be rented. The area holds 40-60 people and includes tables and chairs that may be arranged to best suit your event. There is a small kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave available. There is no stove option.

The Shelter House at Loop Park is available for rent in the summer.

**Please note: Walbridge residents interested in rental should be current on tax filing.

Fees:

• In addition to the rental fees below, there is a $100 deposit. This deposit will be returned to you in the form of a check provided the facility is clean and free of damage.
• There is a 3.50% service fee for credit card payments. If you would prefer to pay with cash or check, you will need to come into the office during normal business hours.
• All fees must be paid in full to secure your selected date.

Rules and Regulations

1. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in the building or on the property. Bringing alcohol to the building may result in criminal charges being filed.
2. Tables and chairs may be rearranged but must be returned to their original location after your event.
3. No glitter or confetti
4. Decorations are permitted and should be removed after your event.
5. All rubbish must be cleaned up and disposed of in the dumpster in the rear of the building.
6. No smoking
7. You must vacate the building by 10:00 pm.
8. You may not use any items to heat the shelter house.
9. Usage of the kitchen at 705 N Main Street is limited to a microwave and refrigerator. Personal warmers (crockpots, roasters) are permitted to be brought into the facility.
10. You and your guests are not allowed to access other areas of the facility (gym, offices, etc).
11. The Village of Walbridge is not responsible for any injuries or damage that may occur to you or your guests, including property and vehicles, during the rental period.
